REFUNDS Refunds -No refunds accepted, exchange only within 5 days from receipt of shipped items. Return Authorization Number(RA#)required on all returns. Fax 904-646-5504 or email sales@mylacefrontwig.com for all authorized returns! Fax or email must state what item you wish to exchange for. If it does not state what item you wish to exchange for, you will not receive a RA#. After email is reviewed we will email or fax an RA# to you. Write number clearly on the outside of shipping label Ex. RA103.

CANCELLATIONS No cancellations or refunds accepted on custom wig orders after 72 hours. All cancellations must be in writing and faxed to 904-646-5504 or email sales@mylacefrontwig.com. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES All other returns/exchanges must be approved and agreed upon by fax 904-646-5504 or by email to Sales@MyLaceFrontWig.com before packages are accepted or will otherwise be denied at your expense. Fax or email must state what item you wish to exchange for. If it does not state what item you wish to exchange for, you will not receive a RA#. Return Authorization Number(RA#)required on all returns. Write number clearly on the outside of shipping label Ex. RA103. On wig units, we will reorder if the unit is not to your specifications. However, we will only remake the unit one time.

Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in the original condition. Product must be in the original packaging with all netting and tags in place. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered / worn (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. Merchandise packaging cannot be marked, taped or otherwise altered. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense.

SHIPPING INFO: All wigs will be shipped to the billing address to avoid fraudulent orders, which we do prosecute. However, if you are in the USA and your wig must be sent to another address you will need to fax a copy of your Drivers License to 904-646-5504.

BILLING: If you did not pay in full and paid a deposit only, we will bill your card when your wig is due to be shipped unless a payment plan was noted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Select the Paypal option during checkout if you wish to use your cred card for payment, otherwise send MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHECKS, OR pay by WESTERN UNION.
